Land Surveyors

Candidate must have experience in deed research, title reviews, computing traverses, prepare plats, establishing horizontal and vertical control,  ALTA Land Title Surveys, topographic & legal boundary surveys, residential & commercial construction stakeout, and utility surveys.

Must have passed PA. Surveyor-in-Training Exam, with plans to take PLS exam. Knowledge of TerraModel, Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to prepare digital terrain models and contouring also a plus.

Residential & Commercial Code Assistance Professionals

Must have current Residential or Commercial certification(s) that are viewable on the ICC and PA L&I website ,  PA UCC Building Code Official Certification, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.   

Commercial Candidates should have current Mechanical, Plumbing, and Energy certifications.

Responsibilities shall include review and inspection of construction to ensure compliance with local and international building codes, as well as be able to assist and/or recommend changes to clients, residents and contractors for compliance with the most current International Construction Code. 

Civil / Site Development Inspector

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in performing Site observations to determine compliance with approved plans and municipal requirements, as well as ensuring acceptable work quality.

Site Observation experience must include storm sewers, sanitary sewers, utility installations, road construction, storm water management facilities, culverts, curbing, paving, sidewalks, walking trails, grading, and E & S control.

The ability to write thorough inspection reports a must.  BS or Associates Degree (civil engineering) a plus.

Civil / Site Design and Municipal Engineers

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in civil design with a BSCE (or higher).  Pennsylvania PE Registration or ability to gain a must.

Candidates must have proven design experience in the following:  site grading,  sanitary & storm sewers, storm water management, hydrology and hydraulic calculations,  PaDEP NPDES and other PaDEP permitting, municipal site permit applications, and in the creation of construction documents including preparing technical specifications.

Will consider civil design engineers with EIT and proven experience in civil AutoCAD.
